Martyn is a founder and director of Realty Law. He has spent the whole of his career as a property litigation solicitor and has been a partner in law firms for over 25 years.

His practice has been built on a variety of property related disputes, often with a substantial debt recovery element. His clients have included major corporations, government departments and substantial investors. He has a close understanding of what his clients require: to maximise the recovery with least time and cost.

With a complete understanding of the litigation process and building on years of tactical as well as practical experience, Martyn has had the satisfaction of giving sound advice and delivering positive results, even in the most challenging of circumstances.

Martyn has a Masters degree in Advanced Commercial Property Law, with a commendation, from University of Northumbria.
